David O'Connell, PresidentDavid started the company in 1985 with one product and one customer. “This enabled us to acquire a warehouse and equipment to start producing prepared culture media for customers”. We now boast a manufactured product line of over 1100 products and over 300 distributed products. We have grown over the past 30 years and are continuing controlled manageable growth. Jacqui Arich, ReceptionJacqui joined the company in 2012 in the position of part-time order desk. She comes with a Business Management Diploma and 15+ years of customer service experience. Jacqui eventually moved into full time order desk and also covers reception, customer service and accounts receivable. Heather Wallis, Quality Control SupervisorHeather joined the team in 1998 after moving west from Nova Scotia. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Allison University. Over the years she has been involved in most areas of company activities. From the production floor to the shipping door, Heather has done it all. Rob O'Connell, Sales & MarketingRob began working at Dalynn in 2005 in the shipping department and over the years he made his move into the manufacturing department. After earning a Mechanical Engineering Diploma from SAIT, he worked for a 3D modelling company and decided his true passion was sales. With an opportunity to be Dalynn's first sales representative, Rob took on the challenge. Rob's goal as our sales rep is to keep our customers up to date with industry leading products.
